We’re rapidly expanding our successful B2B Telesales department and are recruiting confident, target driven TeleSales Executives to join our fun and vibrant team. We’re seeking experienced individuals (1yr +) to win new business using great communication skills and exceptional sales techniques. In return we offer rewarding career growth opportunities as our Executives take full ownership of the full sales cycle - winning new business, and retaining and managing those accounts in a supportive environment.
    Key responsibilities:
  • Generation of new business through daily telephone canvassing and prospecting
  • Building a portfolio of new customers
  • Managing won client accounts
  • Maintaining relationships and ensuring client retention
  • Exceeding monthly sales targets
The ideal candidate will have:
  • Proven B2B sales experience of 1 year minimum, including telesales and account management
  • Effective Time Management skills
  • Proven ability to manage own workload
  • Self-motivation to achieve high levels of commission, and a good team player
  • Focus on exceeding targets
  • Ability to negotiate effectively and successfully, and to work well under pressure
  • Fluency in English (Oral & Written)
